What do I need to know?
We cannot expect you to make an uninformed decision; after all, your reputation as well as ours is on the line here. We have therefore built in some checks and balances, amongst which is the requirement that you get to know the basics involved in rental transactions. Training is provided if and when necessary and is also available in an e-booklet.
IFA Fees
You as the Broker introducing the client can decide the level of involvement with a transaction. Fees will vary between 0.75% and 1.50% of the value (excluding Vat) of the item, depending on the extent of your involvement.
