Optivest is a leading independent corporate healthcare consultancy that specialises in providing objective, independent healthcare consultation services. Clients need to be provided with reliable and appropriate advice and quality solutions with regards to healthcare choices. Optivest offers a unique product, a one-stop shop; whereby an individual will receive a comparative quote, based on the details entered and the client can compare the different schemes and benefits with one another, compare “apples with apples”.

The IFA
If an interested IFA wishes to provide this extended service to their clients; whereby they can refer their clients to OPTIVEST; they would be required to complete an agreement with OPTIVEST upfront. The IFA will also need to provide personal and banking details for the payment of referral fees.

Consultancy service
OPTIVEST provides advice on finding the most appropriate and cost-effective health solution by:

  • Conducting in-depth evaluation of present health benefits available to the client;
  • Presenting an objective and tailor-made health solution;
  • Doing market research and product comparisons on an ongoing basis or as requested;
  • Educating clients regarding fund benefits and administration; and
  • Providing full-time consultation services for all healthcare-related enquiries.
    Client service centre - +27 (0) 860 860 860 the client service centre will assist with:
  • Claims and benefit enquiries; (at elevation stage)
  • Direct access to administration systems;
  • Member detail modification;
  • Product information; and
  • Advice at option renewal dates.

OPTIVEST can facilitate a wide range of additional services that illustrates our commitment to excellence:

  • HIV / Aids information sessions;
  • Health information days;
  • Flu vaccinations for the employees of corporate groups; and
  • Medical aid traveling kits for the employees of corporate groups.
 
Benefits to IFA
The benefit of dealing with OPTIVEST is that the company specializes in healthcare only. This ensures that no cross selling is done with the IFA`s. This essentially means that if an IFA is not in the position of assisting his client with healthcare – he stands the chance of loosing the client to another IFA.
