Doing market research and product comparisons on an ongoing basis or as requested;
Educating clients regarding fund benefits and administration; and

This essentially means that if an IFA is not in the position of assisting his client with healthcare – he stands the chance of loosing the client to another IFA. As a referrer, the IFA need not to be accredited at the Council for Medical Schemes thus saving on business practice expenditure.
